When Ronaldão da Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abolição FC's protests and gave Ronaldão da Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. Fabiano Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bernardo Prata in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Luís Fábio Coelho, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Augusto Mesquita in the 11th minute of play forced Abolição FC's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Erdem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Prata received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Luís Fábio Coelho tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Bernardo Prata got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 62 minutes into the game, Abolição FC's Bernardo Prata nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
