An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 5th minute of play forced Tomasia's goalkeeper Sydney Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tiago Gabriel Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hélio Velloso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Tomasia getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Fábio Toledo hit a great ball. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hélio Velloso in the 17th minute of the match. Tomasia's Sydney Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 18th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 28 minutes, Sydney Esteves successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34thth minute of the game Dito Botelho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abolição FC's Ahmet Rıfat Erdem was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiago Gabriel Esteves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Hélio Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 41 minutes into the match, Hélio Velloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Rıfat Erdem. Abolição FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hélio Velloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Hélio Velloso struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Erdem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tomasia. The Abolição FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tomasia were winning 0-1.

A collision led to Tomasia getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Artur Quintal hit a great ball. Tiago Gabriel Esteves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Sydney Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute, Dito Botelho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. 73 minutes into the match, Tomasia's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Prata came free, but Sydney Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Dito Botelho reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ahmet Rıfat Erdem. The goal made the score 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 78th minute of play forced Tomasia's goalkeeper Sydney Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Quintal got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tiago Gabriel Esteves in the 81st minute of play forced Tomasia's goalkeeper Sydney Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Tomasia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
