Fermin Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Percy Mazza in the 18th minute of play. After 20 minutes of play, Spaboys 4EVER's Marcos Guedes made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fermin Benat was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Bacasables getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Chicão da Fonseca hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Spaboys 4EVER's Benedito da Rocha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fermin Benat narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Genílson de Queiroz kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Marcos Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fermin Benat. Bacasables's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marcos Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Luís Fábio Quadros fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 46th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. If Luisinho Koehler had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Bacasables players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Spaboys 4EVER were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Luisinho Koehler made the kick off in the second half. In the 59thth minute of the game Luisinho Koehler who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Spaboys 4EVER's Severino Ceresso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benedito Penha charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benedito Penha the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Benedito Penha hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute of the match Armandinho Baiano shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Severino Ceresso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bacasables's Armandinho Baiano in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Spaboys 4EVER's goalie prevented a goal. After 68 minutes, Armandinho Baiano made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Spaboys 4EVER's Severino Ceresso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jeremias Cavalcante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisinho Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Severino Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fermin Benat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedito da Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 86th minute of the match, Benedito da Rocha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fermin Benat saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Chicão da Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Percy Mazza in the 91st minute of play forced Bacasables's goalkeeper Fermin Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Bacasables's goalkeeper Fermin Benat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcos Guedes. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
