With a little luck, Spaboys 4EVER's Severino Ceresso got control of the ball when Luiz Eduardo Aguiar tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Cardoso in the 7th minute of play forced Spaboys 4EVER's goalkeeper Severino Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulinho Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiaguinho Seco in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Ceresso saved Spaboys 4EVER from getting behind. When Alfredo Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ibitiguaia's protests and gave Alfredo Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ibitiguaia getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Alfredo Cabral hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, Spaboys 4EVER was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ademir Almeida to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Spaboys 4EVER's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Eduardo Aguiar came free, but Severino Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Paulinho Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Severino Ceresso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiaguinho Seco in the 40th minute of the match. The supporters of Ibitiguaia booed when Spaboys 4EVER was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Guedes didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Tiaguinho Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibitiguaia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiaguinho Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Guedes in the 47th minute of play forced Ibitiguaia's goalkeeper Murillo Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiaguinho Seco to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Ibitiguaia's goal looked a bit too open when Paulinho Carvalho came free, but Murillo Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spaboys 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but João Augusto Andrade was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Murillo Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Erivaldo França kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. If Alfredo Cabral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match clock showed 91 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Tiaguinho Seco sped through Spaboys 4EVER's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Severino Ceresso. Tiaguinho Seco scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Severino Ceresso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Ibitiguaia were the better team. Ibitiguaia's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
