When Silas da Cunha in the 11th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Pedrão Vergílio kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas da Cunha in the 14th minute of play forced Tar ar ais's goalkeeper Pedrão Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Raí Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute Cláudio Freitas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faustão Coutinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tar ar ais's Pedrão Vergílio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Tar ar ais from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silas da Cunha in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. After a defensive mix-up in Tar ar ais's zone, Gláuber Magalhães stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedrão Vergílio came out of the goal and Gláuber Magalhães tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 43 minutes into the match, Silas da Cunha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pedrão Vergílio, 3-0. After 48 played minutes Tar ar ais got a freekick which was hit by Cláudio Freitas. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silas da Cunha made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Tar ar ais was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomás Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Jean Negri took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrão Vergílio. Pedrão Vergílio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silas da Cunha in the 58th minute of play forced Tar ar ais's goalkeeper Pedrão Vergílio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrão Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silas da Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Matheus Oliveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrão Vergílio. Tar ar ais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matheus Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Silas da Cunha scored 6-0 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedrão Vergílio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Log Horizon's Faustão Coutinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Log Horizon from getting a goal against them. After 80 minutes, Silas da Cunha made it 7-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tar ar ais's Pedrão Vergílio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Silas da Cunha left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Log Horizon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Silas da Cunha sped through Tar ar ais's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedrão Vergílio. Pedrão Vergílio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matheus Oliveira went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 10-0 was the resulting score. Log Horizon's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
