Spectators: 7049 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1575, VIP seats: 50) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sérgio Figueiredo kicked off to start the match. Sidnei Nogueira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Percy Oliveira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Carneiro in the 8th minute of play forced Vintage FC's goalkeeper Percy Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vintage FC's goalkeeper Percy Oliveira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luiz Gustavo de Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hudson Maia in the 13th minute. Pedro Luiz Aparecido's late challenge caught a Vintage FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedro Luiz Aparecido helped the player get up and apologised. Hudson Maia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo de Amorim having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Vintage FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sidnei Nogueira came free, but Percy Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bola Bola FC's Sidnei Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Percy Oliveira came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Bola Bola FC's Marcus Carneiro. But to his dismay, Marcus Carneiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Marcus Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Percy Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcus Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Percy Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Percival Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sérgio Figueiredo in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Gustavo de Amorim prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Osmar Loyola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidnei Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Percy Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Sidnei Nogueira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percy Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 52 played minutes Vintage FC got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Paulo dos Santos. Vintage FC's Osmar Loyola got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 60 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Osmar Loyola sped through Bola Bola FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luiz Gustavo de Amorim. After a defensive mix-up in Bola Bola FC's zone, Osmar Loyola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luiz Gustavo de Amorim came out of the goal and Osmar Loyola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Sérgio Figueiredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Carneiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Percy Oliveira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sidnei Nogueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percy Oliveira having to interfere. Percy Oliveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sidnei Nogueira, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Sérgio Figueiredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo de Amorim having to interfere. In the 79th minute Sérgio Figueiredo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo de Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcus Carneiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Percy Oliveira having to interfere. Sidnei Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
