Laurentino da Gama's Rafinha Mendes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Moreno in the 18th minute of play. Luiz Fernando Brasil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luiz Fábio Meireles's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Luiz Fernando Brasil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cesinha da Silveira in the 24th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Cesinha da Silveira made a precise shot to the right of Luiz Fernando Brasil. Largura FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Rafinha Mendes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ronaldão da Cunha's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luiz Fábio Meireles in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luiz Fernando Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ronaldão da Cunha made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Cesinha da Silveira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Luiz Fernando Brasil. Cesinha da Silveira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Natanael Ceresso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Brasil having to interfere. When Naldo Meira fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Largura FC's protests and gave Naldo Meira a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes Largura FC got a freekick which was hit by Naldo Meira. Luiz Fábio Meireles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Brasil having to interfere. Rafinha Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldão da Cunha in the 69th minute of play. Luiz Fábio Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Cesinha da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Zézinho Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute Cesinha da Silveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Brasil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juninho Tande in the 86th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juninho Tande in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafinha Mendes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rafinha Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldão da Cunha in the 91st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Laurentino da Gama defense, Juninho Tande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafinha Mendes. The Laurentino da Gama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafinha Mendes should have stopped the shot. In the 99th minute Juninho Tande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
