In the 32nd minute, Murilo Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tião Sergipano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The wind increased when Tião Sergipano made the kick off in the second half. José Augusto Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ratquimby's Bebeto Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elder Magalhães in the 74th minute of play. Luís Fábio Catarinense charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luís Fábio Catarinense the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Martelet getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
