Grêmio Ventura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bocaiuva the free kick. 25 minutes into the game, one of Grêmio Ventura:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bocaiuva's Juvenal Ceresso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan da Silva in the 34th minute of play. Bocaiuva's Juvenal Ceresso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Bocaiuva from getting a goal against them. Juvenal Ceresso didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 39th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Frederico de Amaral struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Juvenal Ceresso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grêmio Ventura. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kauan da Silva made a kick off. Enio Monteiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Iuri Moura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Iuri Moura successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Egídio Guerra in the 65th minute of play forced Grêmio Ventura's goalkeeper Iuri Moura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serafim Batista's late challenge caught a Grêmio Ventura's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafim Batista helped the player get up and apologised. Serafim Batista hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Kauan da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frederico de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Juvenal Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Egídio Guerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enéas Soeiro charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enéas Soeiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 77 played minutes Grêmio Ventura got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Soeiro. 78 minutes into the match, Grêmio Ventura's goalkeeper Iuri Moura had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enio Monteiro. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frederico de Amaral in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Ceresso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enio Monteiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Iuri Moura made a huge save. Egídio Guerra struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Iuri Moura didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bocaiuva. The Grêmio Ventura supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Bocaiuva's performance. The match ended with a win for Bocaiuva.
