Osvaldinho Secco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. 21 minutes into the game, one of bubatoons:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Osvaldinho Secco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurício Queiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After 31 played minutes Caleksant LF got a freekick which was hit by Fábio de Salles. Luiz Paulo Neto, 32 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Sílvio Luís Rodrigues might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aílton Figueiredo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sílvio Luís Rodrigues ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 43rd minute, João Pedro Vergílio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, bubatoons's Aílton Figueiredo got control of the ball when Sílvio Luís Rodrigues tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of bubatoons booed when Caleksant LF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeu Eger didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aílton Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 70th minute, Sílvio Luís Rodrigues got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Luiz Paulo Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fábio de Salles during the 80th minute.
