In the 9th minute, Valdemar Secco reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tiago Rezende. The goal made the score 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, 1500 Esporte Club's goalkeeper Tiago Rezende had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Veiga. If Valdemar Secco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Labrador's Leonel Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, 1500 Esporte Club's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Secco came free, but Tiago Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Cauan Messias cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half.
