With a little luck, Geremoabo's Benjamin Nascimento got control of the ball when João Albuquerque tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciro da Cunha hit a great ball. Benjamin Nascimento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but João Albuquerque showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Geremoabo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Vítor Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Benjamin Nascimento acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Diguinho Alves. A hard shot 24 in the game by João Albuquerque from a close distance when the talented Benjamin Nascimento managed to make a qualified save. Geremoabo's players were relieved. 25 minutes into the match, Barões da Peladinha's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Domingues came free, but Aral Saltık reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aral Saltık made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Domingues in the 26th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Olívio Perez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geremoabo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Barões da Peladinha the free kick. Barões da Peladinha's Aral Saltık played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bruno Domingues in the 46th minute of play. In the 47th minute, José Vítor Lopes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aral Saltık was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. João Albuquerque was the one to do the kick off. Benedito Vasconcelos's late challenge caught a Barões da Peladinha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedito Vasconcelos helped the player get up and apologised. Benjamin Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Albuquerque in the 57th minute of play. Benjamin Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Albuquerque, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Albuquerque in the 66th minute of the match. Geremoabo's Benjamin Nascimento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chicão Vianna in the 67th minute of play. If Oséas da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aral Saltık made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Vítor Lopes in the 77th minute. Benjamin Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Albuquerque, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Rodolfo Leite hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. João Albuquerque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benjamin Nascimento having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Albuquerque in the 95th minute of play forced Geremoabo's goalkeeper Benjamin Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
