The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cléber Paiva was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Barros in the 52nd minute of play forced Trinity's goalkeeper Ediberto Dias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Razeirense B's goalkeeper Marcelo Leite had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dino Palmeira. Patrick Dante's late challenge caught a Trinity's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Dante helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Razeirense B getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Patrick Dante hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Cléber Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ediberto Dias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Trinity's goal looked a bit too open when Cléber Paiva came free, but Ediberto Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Razeirense B's Marcelo Leite played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anderson de Medeiros in the 64th minute of play. Nicolas Barros scored 2-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ediberto Dias, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Trinity's Ediberto Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cléber Paiva in the 70th minute of play. If Cléber Paiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Nicolas Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ediberto Dias was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. Cléber Paiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ediberto Dias having to interfere. When Anderson de Medeiros came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Trinity fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anderson de Medeiros couldn't finish the play. Dino Palmeira might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcelo Leite. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dino Palmeira ran back to his position shaking his head. Dino Palmeira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Marcelo Leite made a huge save. Nicolas Barros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Ediberto Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th match minute, Razeirense B was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cléber Paiva to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Dante was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 97th minute, Patrick Dante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Trinity's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
