An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Guimarães in the 44th minute of play forced Rmac F.C.'s goalkeeper Eliézer de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliézer de Toledo came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Intas's Silvinho Sena. But to his dismay, Silvinho Sena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osvaldinho Zanette stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Intas's Franklin de Castro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Eliézer de Toledo. That made the score 0-3 after 69 minutes of play. 74 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Zanette had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafal Zaworski. Intas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldinho Zanette was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. In the 79th minute, Osvaldinho Zanette got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ricardo Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafal Zaworski having to interfere. 87 minutes into the game, Fausto Tasso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rmac F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Intas the free kick. It was beautiful to see Intas's José Augusto Moreira in action when he in the 88th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Intas played a much better game than Rmac F.C. and deserved their victory. The Rmac F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
