Spectators: 6404 (Terracing: 5404, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Wanderson Gonçalves kicked off to start the match. Clemente Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Frederico Cabral made a huge save. Frederico Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederico Cabral made an important save on a dangerous shot by Clemente Alagoano in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Golden Warriors's Allan Eger got a free kick in the 12th minute. Golden Warriors's Frederico Cabral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gildo Félix in the 16th minute of play. Clemente Alagoano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Frederico Cabral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornos .S.A's Clemente Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano de Sena in the 25th minute of play. Clemente Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlinhos Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the game, Jean Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cornos .S.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Golden Warriors the free kick. A collision led to Cornos .S.A getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jean Azevedo hit a great ball. When Golden Warriors's Luís Paulo Salgado in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cornos .S.A's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Golden Warriors booed when Cornos .S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Fabiano Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano de Sena took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clemente Sena. Clemente Sena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Clemente Alagoano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Frederico Cabral made a huge save. If Wanderson Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlinhos Bezerra to make the kick off. Frederico Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Gonçalves in the 51st minute of play. Frederico Cabral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wanderson Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Luís Fernando Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Cornos .S.A's Jean Azevedo got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes, Golden Warriors's Celso Guedes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Clemente Sena came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Golden Warriors reached it. Clemente Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luís Fernando Trancoso in the 59th minute. After some careless play in the Cornos .S.A defense, Cipriano de Sena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Sena. The Cornos .S.A fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Sena should have stopped the shot. 65 minutes into the match, Cornos .S.A's Gildo Félix sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Frederico Cabral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Clemente Sena made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Tony Veiga sent off a good shot on target. 68 minutes into the match, Cornos .S.A's goalkeeper Clemente Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlinhos Bezerra. After some careless play in the Cornos .S.A defense, Luís Paulo Salgado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clemente Sena. The Cornos .S.A fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clemente Sena should have stopped the shot. Wanderson Gonçalves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Cabral having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Wanderson Gonçalves got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Fernando Trancoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luiz Fabiano Oliveira's late challenge caught a Golden Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Fabiano Oliveira helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cornos .S.A getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Luiz Fabiano Oliveira hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the match, Golden Warriors's Celso Guedes broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Cornos .S.A's Clemente Sena got control of the ball when Cipriano de Sena tried to sneak it across the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Golden Warriors's goal looked a bit too open when Clemente Alagoano came free, but Frederico Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 94th play minutes Wanderson Gonçalves shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Frederico Cabral and just under the crossbar into goal.
