Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Naldo Tavares started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Naldo Tavares during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Wanderson Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Guaxima's Felippe Souto got a free kick in the 8th minute. After 11 minutes of play, Guaxima's Felippe Souto made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Clemente Sena was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute of the match, Felippe Souto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Clemente Sena was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Clemente Alagoano took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Alagoano. Edgar Alagoano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Edgar Alagoano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildo Félix in the 26th minute of the match. A hard shot 31 in the game by Felippe Souto from a close distance when the talented Clemente Sena managed to make a qualified save. Cornos .S.A's players were relieved. When Clemente Alagoano came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Cornos .S.A fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Alagoano couldn't finish the play. Clemente Sena was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mané Messias showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 35 minute of play. After 39 played minutes Guaxima got a freekick which was hit by Mané Messias. Felippe Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 46 played minutes Cornos .S.A got a freekick which was hit by Jean Azevedo. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wanderson Gonçalves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Edgar Alagoano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wanderson Gonçalves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Clemente Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felippe Souto in the 54th minute of the match. If Wanderson Gonçalves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Veiga in the 62nd minute of play forced Cornos .S.A's goalkeeper Clemente Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 64 played minutes Guaxima got a freekick which was hit by Felippe Souto. Edgar Alagoano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Gonçalves, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Clemente Sena came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaxima's Claudinho Veiga. But to his dismay, Claudinho Veiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 72nd minute Mané Messias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Sena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Adalberto Messias was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 73 minutes had been played. In the 75th minute of the match Frédson Quirino shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Clemente Sena showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Wanderson Gonçalves kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Cornos .S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinho Veiga came free, but Clemente Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
