Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Romário Medeiros took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juninho Gaspar. Juninho Gaspar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Zézinho Lucas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Gaspar having to interfere. Lucas Esteves in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Márcio Dionísio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Lucas Esteves struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Márcio Dionísio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inova FC. 28 minutes into the match, Sport Club Z15's Romário Medeiros sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juninho Gaspar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Márcio Dionísio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Oliveira in the 33rd minute of the match. Gugu de Souza's late challenge caught a Inova FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gugu de Souza helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sport Club Z15! When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alberto Oliveira made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Lucas Esteves notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Sport Club Z15's Márcio Dionísio. Márcio Dionísio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sport Club Z15's Renato Cardoso got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Renato Cardoso off the ground. After 61 played minutes Sport Club Z15 got a freekick which was hit by Renato Cardoso. Claudinei Terra was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. If Lucas Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juninho Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvério Leal in the 73rd minute. Claudinei Terra charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Claudinei Terra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Claudinei Terra hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raphael de Sousa in the 77th minute of play forced Sport Club Z15's goalkeeper Márcio Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberto Oliveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Márcio Dionísio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Oliveira in the 89th minute of play forced Sport Club Z15's goalkeeper Márcio Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 90th minute Alberto Oliveira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Márcio Dionísio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sport Club Z15's Márcio Dionísio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Esteves in the 91st minute of play. Alberto Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Márcio Dionísio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
