Naldo Figueiredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronaldo Gaúcho in the 15th minute of the match. Alexandre Pitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Figueiredo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Diego Rezende got free with Naldo Figueiredo in the 19th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute, Ronaldo Gaúcho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Perobal's Arnaldo Moura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Teles in the 25th minute of play. In the 26thth minute of the game Ronaldo Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nightmare FC's Naldo Figueiredo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Waldir de Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Waldir de Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Waldir de Castro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Giovanni Soeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perobal's supporters rose to their feet, but Giovanni Soeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Naldo Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Romeu Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Figueiredo having to interfere. If Ronaldo Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Naldo Figueiredo made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Arí Carioca sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot by Alexandre Pitta from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Naldo Figueiredo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 46th match minute, Nightmare FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldir de Castro to maneuver through the defense. Ronaldo Gaúcho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giovani de Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Alexandre Pitta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nightmare FC:s Naldo Figueiredo showed great skill when he stopped Alexandre Pitta:s penalty. Alexandre Pitta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Figueiredo having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldo Gaúcho in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Naldo Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Perobal's Arnaldo Moura got control of the ball when Waldir de Castro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Perobal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
