Marcel Bezerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Luan Perez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ricardinho Tróia in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermínio Custódio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walmyr Correia hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Gustavo Toscano charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Toscano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 17th match minute, Pebra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Toscano to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match Wilian Furtado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hermínio Custódio skillfully saved the ball. Adidas Ec's Ricardinho Tróia managed to work through Pebra's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Ricardinho Tróia dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Víktor Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gustavo Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcel Bezerra having to interfere. Ricardinho Tróia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pebra's Gustavo Toscano got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Gustavo Toscano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Víktor Leal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Pebra were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardinho Tróia made a kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Ricardinho Tróia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Adidas Ec's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Tróia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anderson de Lara hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Ricardinho Tróia's late challenge caught a Pebra's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ricardinho Tróia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Adidas Ec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Tróia to maneuver through the defense. Ricardinho Tróia struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Hermínio Custódio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Adidas Ec. Víktor Leal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aloísio Perez in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hermínio Custódio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Pebra players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Adidas Ec from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
