Ramón Damião took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Percival Trevisan. Percival Trevisan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Denílson Meirelles hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. The supporters of Raizinhas booed when Taireta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamim Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raizinhas's goalkeeper Percival Trevisan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Taireta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Richard Secco in the 25th minute. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Claudinei Souto got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-3. 26 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 31 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Ramón Damião sped through Raizinhas's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Percival Trevisan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Damião in the 39th minute of play forced Raizinhas's goalkeeper Percival Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Ramón Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Raizinhas's zone, Ramón Damião stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Percival Trevisan came out of the goal and Ramón Damião tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ramón Damião stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kauan Pinheiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luciano Campidelis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Claudinei Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 71st minute, Claudinei Souto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinei Souto received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Percival Trevisan came out and tried to block the shot, but Claudinei Souto slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 73rd minute. Percival Trevisan was out of position in the 77 minute of play, and Ramón Damião capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ramón Damião really showed his touch with that goal: 0-9. In the 81st minute Ramón Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Percival Trevisan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Ramón Damião put it in 0-10 from a short distance just to the right of Percival Trevisan. Percival Trevisan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Claudinei Souto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 90 minute of play. Ramón Damião who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Percival Trevisan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Taireta's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
