Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Magno Gaspar kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Canuma SC defense, Magno Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Naldo Miranda. The Canuma SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Naldo Miranda should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Magno Gaspar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canuma SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Magno Gaspar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Afonso Alagoano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Juninho Nascimento came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Canuma SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juninho Nascimento couldn't finish the play. Naldo Miranda came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Tuiti's Magno Velloso. But to his dismay, Magno Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Naldo Miranda didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nuno Paraibano went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute Magno Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tuiti's Afonso Alagoano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Tuiti from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Magno Velloso in the 28th minute of play forced Canuma SC's goalkeeper Naldo Miranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yuri Marquez hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After having played for 36 minutes, Magno Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tuiti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Magno Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Tuiti booed when Canuma SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Prado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute, Magno Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tuiti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Magno Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Naldo Miranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Magno Velloso was the one to do the kick off. Canuma SC's Naldo Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Paraibano in the 51st minute of play. Nuno Paraibanos short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Naldo Miranda to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Magno Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Magno Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Alagoano having to interfere. A hard shot 63 in the game by Nuno Paraibano from a close distance when the talented Naldo Miranda managed to make a qualified save. Canuma SC's players were relieved. Tuiti's Magno Velloso got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75thth minute of the game Magno Velloso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Canuma SC's Naldo Miranda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Naldo Miranda made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Nuno Paraibano sent off a good shot on target. In the 82nd minute Magno Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Miranda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 86th minute, Nuno Paraibano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naldo Miranda was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Reynaldo Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Magno Gaspar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canuma SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5.
