An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Garcia in the 30th minute of play forced Brave Tricolor SC's goalkeeper Laércio Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Allan Tepedino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Lirexus booed when Brave Tricolor SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felippe Chaves didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leandro Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Edson Lago took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Laércio Aguiar to make any attempt to save it. Laércio Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Garcia in the 71st minute of the match. Lirexus's Guga Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 76th minute, Emanuel Souto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Laércio Aguiar managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Lirexus's Leandro Velloso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Guga Garcia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Aguiar having to interfere. Laércio Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guga Garcia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over Lirexus could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Brave Tricolor SC throughout the match.
