Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Allan Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Piranhas's Juan Penha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Allan Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Juan Penha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juan Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Belmiro Baptista, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Raúl Trancoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Penha having to interfere. Renan Magalhães, 25 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Cesinha Prata hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the game, Piranhas's Dieguinho Félix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio Aguiar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 47 minutes, Gláuber Sá mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Piranhas and the Brave Tricolor SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raúl Trancoso to make the kick off. When Allan Tepedino came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Brave Tricolor SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Tepedino couldn't finish the play. Dieguinho Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Piranhas's Belmiro Pimenta got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Belmiro Pimenta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Aguiar having to interfere. Belmiro Pimenta took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laércio Aguiar. Laércio Aguiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Dieguinho Félix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gláuber Sá came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Piranhas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gláuber Sá couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, Dieguinho Félix notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar. Laércio Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Laércio Aguiar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Belmiro Pimenta's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. 88 minutes into the match, Piranhas's Belmiro Pimenta sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laércio Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Belmiro Baptista fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brave Tricolor SC's protests and gave Belmiro Baptista a yellow card for diving instead. After 88 played minutes Brave Tricolor SC got a freekick which was hit by Belmiro Baptista. 90 minutes into the match, Dieguinho Félix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laércio Aguiar. Brave Tricolor SC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dieguinho Félix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brave Tricolor SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Piranhas.
