Christian Bezerra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Medeiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guga Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Christian Bezerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Lanceiro AD booed when Lirexus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Luís Eduardo Britto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Lirexus's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Medeiros came free, but Jailson Camargo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Leandro Velloso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christian Bezerra. Lanceiro AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leandro Velloso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Leandro Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guga Garcia took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christian Bezerra. Christian Bezerra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Leandro Velloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Christian Bezerra. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leandro Velloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Christian Bezerra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guga Garcia in the 43rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Garcia in the 47th minute of play forced Lanceiro AD's goalkeeper Christian Bezerra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When Wiliam Novaes fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lirexus's protests and gave Wiliam Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 51st minute, Wiliam Novaes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arthur Vale tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Jailson Camargo. An unnecessary self made goal, 1-3 in the 52nd minute. If Leandro Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When %teams%'s Guga Garcia was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 1-4 just inside the left pole, 58 minutes into the game. Christian Bezerra was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. When Leandro Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Lirexus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leandro Velloso couldn't finish the play. In the 68th match minute, Lanceiro AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walmyr Rosa to maneuver through the defense. Lirexus's Guga Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Bezerra came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Lirexus's Leandro Velloso. But to his dismay, Leandro Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Eduardo Britto in the 74th minute of play forced Lirexus's goalkeeper Jailson Camargo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leandro Velloso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wiliam Novaes hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. The supporters of Lanceiro AD booed when Lirexus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edson Lago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerson Arantes kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Lirexus's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
