But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Nogueira couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardinho Lima in the 8th minute of play forced Piranhas's goalkeeper Juan Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Belmiro Pimenta in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robinho Cavalcante saved Só No Tranco F.C. from getting behind. With a little luck, Só No Tranco F.C.'s Robinho Cavalcante got control of the ball when Dieguinho Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gláuber Sá fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robinho Cavalcante having to interfere. Piranhas's Dieguinho Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Belmiro Pimenta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Robinho Cavalcante made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Nogueira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dieguinho Félix in the 52nd minute of play forced Só No Tranco F.C.'s goalkeeper Robinho Cavalcante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Belmiro Pimenta succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. After 58 minutes of play, Piranhas's Belmiro Pimenta made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belmiro Pimenta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Robinho Cavalcante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Só No Tranco F.C. getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Guto Negri hit a great ball. If Belmiro Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Só No Tranco F.C.'s Robinho Cavalcante played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguinho Félix in the 85th minute of play. Juan Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Nogueira in the 87th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Gláuber Sá managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piranhas's supporters rose to their feet, but Gláuber Sá was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robinho Cavalcante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
