Claudinei Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Laércio Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Eduardo Pitta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brave Tricolor SC's Raúl Trancoso got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Apiahy SS getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Claudinei Silva hit a great ball. Luiz Fernando Nunes hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Vítor Gonçalves in the 22nd minute of play. Rafael Neiva struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Laércio Aguiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Apiahy SS. A very good chance. 69 minutes into the match, Eduardo Pitta notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Brave Tricolor SC's Laércio Aguiar. Laércio Aguiar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Rafael Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Apiahy SS's protests and gave Rafael Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Rafael Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wágner Recife took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 83rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Renato Sena. Christian Peixoto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
