Alexandre de Souza's late challenge caught a Automação FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Walmyr Marinho was the one to do the kick off. Agnaldo Rosado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Valland having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Duarte de Alcântara in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg João Vítor Guimarães saved Montila Futebol ClubeCIMZ from getting behind. Walmyr Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Valland. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Walmyr Marinho ran back to his position shaking his head. Erik Valland showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agnaldo Rosado, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. João Vítor Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Duarte de Alcântara in the 60th minute of the match. Lauro Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Walmyr Marinho struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Erik Valland didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Montila Futebol ClubeCIMZ. Duarte de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lauro Botelho took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Vítor Guimarães. João Vítor Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Lauro Botelho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 95thth minute tested the skills of João Vítor Guimarães when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The Montila Futebol ClubeCIMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Automação FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Automação FC.
