Benjamin Toscano succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. In the 26th minute, Luiz Fabiano Hoffmann got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 28 minutes of play, Guerrilha's Luiz Fabiano Hoffmann made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tiago Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Samuca Leite's late challenge caught a Jatal EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samuca Leite helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Guerrilha getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Samuca Leite hit a great ball. Edmílson Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jatal EC's Benjamin Toscano got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rafa Vieira hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Mauro Cabral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Tiago Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raí Zanette's late challenge caught a Guerrilha's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raí Zanette helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Jatal EC's Raí Zanette got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 48th minute Mauro Cabral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Veloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

In the 52nd minute, Guerrilha's Luiz Fabiano Hoffmann ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Tiago Veloso. Tiago Veloso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. The audience was convinced that Edmílson Brodel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ramiro de Sousa was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Dadá dos Santos charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ramiro de Sousa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmílson Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Guerrilha's Mauro Cabral in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jatal EC's goalie prevented a goal. Edmílson Brodel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raimundo Vander during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Guerrilha's Raimundo Vander got a free kick in the 86th minute. When Benjamin Toscano came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Jatal EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benjamin Toscano couldn't finish the play.
