Spectators: 5605 (Terracing: 4600, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 5) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Deivid Mello took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonathan Tinoco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nilton Saldanha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Gabriel Pereira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anajateua fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 15th minute, Gabriel Pereira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Veiga having to interfere. Gabriel Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcus Santos got free with Nilton Saldanha in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Anajateua! Anajateua:s Nilton Saldanha showed great skill when he stopped Glauco Ramos:s penalty. After some careless play in the Anajateua defense, Glauco Ramos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nilton Saldanha. The Anajateua fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nilton Saldanha should have stopped the shot. If Luan Vander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rubens Veiga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Pereira, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luan Vander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Deivid Mello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubens Veiga having to interfere. Jonathan Tinoco's late challenge caught a Anajateua's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Tinoco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Jonathan Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Roda jc's Rubinho das Neves got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jonathan Tinoco kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Marcus Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilton Saldanha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roda jc's Rubens Veiga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Roda jc from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gabriel Pereira took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Rubens Veiga to make any attempt to save it. In the 79th minute, Marcus Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilton Saldanha was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Roda jc's Rubens Veiga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Mello in the 82nd minute of play. After having played for 86 minutes, Pedrão Pinheiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anajateua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedrão Pinheiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute of the match, Gabriel Pereira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rubens Veiga was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Rubinho das Neves hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 97th minute of the match Anajateua got a corner. Roda jc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jeremias Mendes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
