Emanuel Cunha came out of the goal and Duarte de Alcântara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Automação FC's Duarte de Alcântara in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Chuvero F.C's Emanuel Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lauro Botelho in the 36th minute of play. If Duarte de Alcântara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Cunha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauro Botelho, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elano Motta to strike the kick off in the second half. Duarte de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Baltazar Motta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Erik Valland tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
