Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5003, Seating: 1651, VIP seats: 2) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Geovânio Prado made the kick off which started today's match. 4 minutes into the match, Mecazika EC's goal looked a bit too open when José Augusto Domingues came free, but Simão Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, E.F JFL Palmares's José Augusto Domingues sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Simão Sá narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 8th minute José Augusto Domingues shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simão Sá saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Mecazika EC's Simão Sá got control of the ball when Daniel Sergipano tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mecazika EC's goalkeeper Simão Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Geovânio Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juninho Capixaba having to interfere. Simão Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Domingues in the 28th minute of the match. Marcel Fontes kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, José Augusto Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.F JFL Palmares's supporters rose to their feet, but José Augusto Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Sá breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute Teodoro da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juninho Capixaba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Sergipano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Simão Sá when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

55 minutes into the game, Teodoro da Silva cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Juninho Capixaba was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Geovânio Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Teodoro da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Juninho Capixaba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geovânio Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simão Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Augusto Domingues in the 70th minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Nelsinho Mota was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mecazika EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave E.F JFL Palmares the free kick. 71 minutes into the game, one of Mecazika EC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Fabiano Esteves hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 84th minute, Teodoro da Silva got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 92 minutes into the match, Mecazika EC's Geovânio Prado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juninho Capixaba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Simão Sá showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Augusto Domingues in the 93rd minute of the match. José Augusto Domingues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Sá having to interfere. E.F JFL Palmares's José Augusto Domingues got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Mecazika EC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented E.F JFL Palmares from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
