With a couple of smart ball manuevers Victorino Kiliz in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Caio Ortiz saved Santanesia from getting behind. Victorino Kiliz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caio Ortiz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Victorino Kiliz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio Ortiz having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Santanesia's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Kiliz came free, but Caio Ortiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Adalberto Soeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Caio Ortiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Kiliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Soares in the 27th minute of play forced Santanesia's goalkeeper Caio Ortiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the game, Fedele Di Leonardo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 300 FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Santanesia the free kick. The supporters of Santanesia booed when 300 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fedele Di Leonardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorino Kiliz in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio Ortiz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dida Linares hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evandro Figueiredo to make the kick off. After 52 minutes, Osvaldinho Bezerra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 300 FC and the Santanesia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Santanesia's zone, Victorino Kiliz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Caio Ortiz came out of the goal and Victorino Kiliz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd match minute, Santanesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. In the 83rd minute, Victorino Kiliz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victorino Kiliz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 87thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Santanesia's keeper Caio Ortiz was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Kiliz got free with Caio Ortiz in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronen Alten hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute, Tony Tande made a precise shot to the right of Caio Ortiz. Santanesia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Victorino Kiliz struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Caio Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 300 FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 97th minute, Evandro Figueiredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santanesia's supporters rose to their feet, but Evandro Figueiredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Paiva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
