Spectators: 7280 (Terracing: 5462, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guga Vander kicked off to start the match. Alfredão de Queiroz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evandro Figueiredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caio Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guga Vander in the 7th minute of play. Dráusio Branco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evandro Figueiredo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Alfredão de Queiroz made a huge save. In the 17th match minute, Santanesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evandro Figueiredo to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes Santanesia got a freekick which was hit by Dida Linares. Eriberto Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eriberto Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eriberto Mendonça hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Alfredão de Queiroz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Tiago Gabriel Falcão. Evandro Figueiredo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. André Luiz Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dida Linares got free with Alfredão de Queiroz in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 37th match minute, Santanesia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dida Linares to maneuver through the defense. When Expressinho-ES F.C's Guga Vander in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Santanesia's goalie prevented a goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evandro Figueiredo to make the kick off. In the 59th minute, Evandro Figueiredo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dráusio Branco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Caio Ortiz came out and tried to block the shot, but Dráusio Branco slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 62nd minute. After 65 played minutes Santanesia got a freekick which was hit by Adalberto Soeiro. 69 minutes into the game, Guga Vander cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Caio Ortiz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute, Evandro Figueiredo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77thth minute of the game Guga Vander who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Santanesia's Caio Ortiz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dráusio Branco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Caio Ortiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Guga Vander put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Caio Ortiz. 89 minutes into the game, Evandro Figueiredo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Alfredão de Queiroz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If André Luiz Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Santanesia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Expressinho-ES F.C were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
