Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sidnei Leão took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of PQL F.C. booed when FC WASH FUTEBOL CLUBE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eurico Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ian Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Ernani Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 played minutes FC WASH FUTEBOL CLUBE got a freekick which was hit by Eurico Velasco. 18 minutes into the match, PQL F.C.'s goalkeeper José Maria Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Durvalino Lopez. In the 19th match minute, PQL F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeu Valle to maneuver through the defense. Gabriel Esteves, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. PQL F.C.'s José Maria Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Linares in the 22nd minute of play. José Maria Eger made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Durvalino Lopez sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Ian Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernani Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Durvalino Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC WASH FUTEBOL CLUBE's supporters rose to their feet, but Durvalino Lopez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maria Eger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 43 minutes into the match, Danilo Linares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of José Maria Eger. PQL F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Danilo Linares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. If Durvalino Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Danilo Linares struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. José Maria Eger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC WASH FUTEBOL CLUBE. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Linares in the 56th minute of play forced PQL F.C.'s goalkeeper José Maria Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When FC WASH FUTEBOL CLUBE's Danilo Linares in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PQL F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Durvalino Lopez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 62 minutes into the match, PQL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Lopez came free, but José Maria Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Sidnei Leão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernani Pena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Linares in the 66th minute of play. Dida Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 72 minutes into the match, PQL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Durvalino Lopez came free, but José Maria Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivo Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Ian Faria took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ernani Pena. Ernani Pena dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. A collision led to PQL F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Dida Mendes hit a great ball. 88 minutes into the match, PQL F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Danilo Linares came free, but José Maria Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dida Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ernani Pena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Durvalino Lopez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
