André Luiz Neves's late challenge caught a Dark Winterfell's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Luiz Neves helped the player get up and apologised. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 36th minute of the game. One of Ivan Futebol Clube:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Dark Winterfell:s goal. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Dark Winterfell. Marquinhos Dantas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Tiago Meira. 0-1. Antônio Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guto Chaves in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Guto Chaves was the one to do the kick off. Antônio Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaká Souza in the 55th minute of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dark Winterfell would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
