When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Matías Terra took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Hílton Pereira to make any attempt to save it. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind São José FC's goalkeeper Hílton Pereira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 91stth minute of the game Matías Terra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but São José FC's Hílton Pereira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MARANATA's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
