Jailson Berger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Desportivo Coimbra's goalkeeper Vinícius Marques, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Wellington Peres blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Munhoz having to make a save. Vinícius Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reynaldo Brasil in the 21st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Jailson Berger took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Elias Munhoz to make any attempt to save it. Elias Munhoz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jailson Berger in the 35th minute. In the 41st match minute, Altonia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natanael Quirino to maneuver through the defense. In the 45th minute, Wellington Peres reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Elias Munhoz. The goal made the score 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wanderson de Senna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Desportivo Coimbra's Vinícius Marques got control of the ball when Wanderson de Senna tried to sneak it across the goal line. With his leg Vinícius Marques managed to avoid a goal in the 53rdth minute, when Altonia's Reynaldo Brasil fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, Altonia's Vinícius Melo got a free kick in the 54th minute. When Jailson Berger came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Desportivo Coimbra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jailson Berger couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Brasil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Desportivo Coimbra's Wellington Peres in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Wanderson de Senna quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 84th minute of the match, Wanderson de Senna tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vinícius Marques saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to Altonia getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Antônio Coelho hit a great ball. Desportivo Coimbra's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
