Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Arlindo Lima took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute, Niceto Xacintu made a precise shot to the right of Vivaldo Motta. Verdes SS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Niceto Xacintu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Flying Dutch's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Xacintu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vivaldo Motta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Verdes SS's Renato Martins got a free kick in the 14th minute. Higinio Raymundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vivaldo Motta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Higinio Raymundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Vivaldo Motta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niceto Xacintu went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 22 minutes of play, Flying Dutch's Higinio Raymundo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Motta was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vivaldo Motta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eurico Batista in the 26th minute of play. Verdes SS's Vivaldo Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Raymundo in the 28th minute of play. Vivaldo Motta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Raymundo in the 34th minute of the match. Arthur Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arlindo Lima, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vivaldo Motta came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu. But to his dismay, Niceto Xacintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 43 minutes, Niceto Xacintu made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. Verdes SS's Vivaldo Motta tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Verdes SS's Vivaldo Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Higinio Raymundo in the 48th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Xacintu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Higinio Raymundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vivaldo Motta having to interfere. Vivaldo Motta came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Flying Dutch's Niceto Xacintu. But to his dismay, Niceto Xacintu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. After a rather tough play, Verdes SS's Caetano Cerezo got a free kick in the 59th minute. A collision led to Flying Dutch getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Fabian Ivașcu hit a great ball. In the 68thth minute of the game Caetano Cerezo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Niceto Xacintu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Higinio Raymundo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vivaldo Motta. That made the score 0-9 in the 75 minute of play. Higinio Raymundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Verdes SS getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. João Silveira hit a great ball. Niceto Xacintu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vivaldo Motta having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Higinio Raymundo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vivaldo Motta. That made the score 0-10 in the 89 minute of play. Fabian Ivașcu kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the match was over Flying Dutch could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Verdes SS throughout the match.
