Spectators: 6520 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 20) Evol FC's Luisão Loyola started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Geovânio Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Moreira in the 4th minute of play. If Mauro Quintal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Otávio Teles got free with Fernando Mota in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Geovânio Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robinho Moreira in the 21st minute of the match. Mauro Quintal took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Geovânio Arce. Geovânio Arce dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Geovânio Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robinho Moreira in the 27th minute of play. Fernando Mota came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Evol FC's Otávio Teles. But to his dismay, Otávio Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 34 minutes into the match, Evol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Márcio Vidal came free, but Geovânio Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisão Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Terreiro's Fernando Mota proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Terreiro from getting a goal against them. A hard shot 46 in the game by Otávio Teles from a close distance when the talented Fernando Mota managed to make a qualified save. Terreiro's players were relieved. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Márcio Vidal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Geovânio Arce was a little too slow when Márcio Vidal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 2-2. 56 minutes into the match, Otávio Teles notched a goal, 3-2, to the right of Terreiro's Fernando Mota. Fernando Mota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otávio Teles in the 65th minute of play forced Terreiro's goalkeeper Fernando Mota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Mota took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otávio Teles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Geovânio Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Quintal in the 67th minute of play. Iker Felipillo hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Evol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Quintal came free, but Geovânio Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Terreiro's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Renan de Godoy in the 74th minute. Durvalino Andrade hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Fernando Mota showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Otávio Teles, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Andrézinho Cerezo scored 4-3 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fernando Mota, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robinho Moreira in the 91st minute of play forced Evol FC's goalkeeper Geovânio Arce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 minutes Evol FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Renan de Godoy who took care of the corner kick. When Andrézinho Cerezo came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Evol FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andrézinho Cerezo couldn't finish the play.
