Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Didi de Sousa kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Ribeiro in the 8th minute of play forced Academia VSKG's goalkeeper Diguinho Tinoco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diguinho Tinoco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Didi de Sousa in the 10th minute of the match. Erasmo Porto hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Diguinho Tinoco made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Jânio Santana sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers César Aguiar in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizinho da Silveira saved Theozera from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Academia VSKG's Erasmo Porto got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Zé Carlos Favoretto might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Diguinho Tinoco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zé Carlos Favoretto ran back to his position shaking his head. Luizinho da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from César Aguiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Academia VSKG's goalkeeper Diguinho Tinoco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jânio Santana. Diguinho Tinoco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amílton Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th match minute, Theozera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Augusto Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Norberto Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Amílton Ribeiro fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Theozera's protests and gave Amílton Ribeiro a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Theozera's Amílton Ribeiro got a free kick in the 40th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guga Capixaba in the 41st minute of play forced Theozera's goalkeeper Luizinho da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luizinho da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. César Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jânio Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when César Aguiar made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, César Aguiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Academia VSKG's Norberto Marques got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luizinho da Silveira stood somewhat misplaced when César Aguiar came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 55 minute. João Augusto Alcântara hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Academia VSKG's Juarês Pirani couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 59th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Theozera. Emanuel Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, César Aguiar put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Luizinho da Silveira. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Guga Capixaba managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia VSKG's supporters rose to their feet, but Guga Capixaba was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizinho da Silveira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Luizinho da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of César Aguiar's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when César Aguiar got free with Luizinho da Silveira in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute César Aguiar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizinho da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia VSKG's Diguinho Tinoco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jânio Santana in the 78th minute of play. In the 81stth minute of the game César Aguiar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Theozera's Luizinho da Silveira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Aguiar in the 85th minute of play forced Theozera's goalkeeper Luizinho da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. César Aguiar struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Luizinho da Silveira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia VSKG. Amílton Ribeiro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. César Aguiar might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Luizinho da Silveira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. César Aguiar ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Academia VSKG getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Armandinho Barral hit a great ball. Diguinho Tinoco came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Theozera's Jânio Santana. But to his dismay, Jânio Santana quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. The Theozera fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Academia VSKG were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
