Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henrique Tavares started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Narciso Quintal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tamborou AD and the Theozera players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 3 played minutes Tamborou AD got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Quintal. In the 7th minute, Narciso Quintal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Luizinho da Silveira. The goal made the score 1-0. Luizinho da Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henrique Tavares in the 12th minute. Luizinho da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrique Tavares's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. João Pedro Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. If Henrique Tavares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi de Sousa in the 25th minute of play forced Tamborou AD's goalkeeper Júlio Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, Amílton Ribeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Theozera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After 30 played minutes Theozera got a freekick which was hit by Kauan Vargas. 32 minutes into the match, Zé Carlos Favoretto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Rossi. Tamborou AD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zé Carlos Favoretto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Theozera's Luizinho da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Tavares in the 40th minute of play. A hard shot 42 in the game by Henrique Tavares from a close distance when the talented Luizinho da Silveira managed to make a qualified save. Theozera's players were relieved. The supporters of Theozera booed when Tamborou AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvinho Loyola didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Didi de Sousa was the one to do the kick off. Sérgio Fernandes's late challenge caught a Theozera's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sérgio Fernandes helped the player get up and apologised. Luizinho da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sandrinho Barreto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sérgio Fernandes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luizinho da Silveira having to make a save. 72 minutes into the match, Tamborou AD's goal looked a bit too open when Didi de Sousa came free, but Júlio Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Theozera's Amílton Ribeiro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Júlio Rossi. Júlio Rossi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-5. Luizinho da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrique Tavares in the 78th minute of the match. Sérgio Fernandes hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Jânio Santana received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Júlio Rossi came out and tried to block the shot, but Jânio Santana slotted it home off the left post making it 4-6 in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute, Sandrinho Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luizinho da Silveira was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-6. Kléberson Sena hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Theozera's zone, Sandrinho Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luizinho da Silveira came out of the goal and Sandrinho Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Henrique Tavares's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luizinho da Silveira was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Henrique Tavares took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luizinho da Silveira. Luizinho da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-6. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
