Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Mazza to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Zeca Cearense notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Mooca FC's Celso Madureira. Celso Madureira was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mooca FC's Vicente Faustino was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal.
