In the 21st minute Severino Teles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandrinho do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Natã Sanches managed to get in a good position for a shot. União flasco's supporters rose to their feet, but Natã Sanches was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. But to his dismay, Severino Teles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Natã Sanches's late challenge caught a BRAMBILLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandrinho do Vale tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sérgio Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the match was over União flasco could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BRAMBILLA throughout the match.
