Eliézer Pontes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademar Quadros having to interfere. Jonas Santana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thomás Prata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cafu Martins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonas Santana in the 35th minute of play. If Eliézer Pontes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Thomás Prata had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eliézer Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas Santana blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cafu Martins having to make a save.

Cafu Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Santana in the 55th minute of the match. Ademar Quadros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliézer Pontes in the 62nd minute of play. A hard shot 65 in the game by Luís Fabiano de Lima from a close distance when the talented Cafu Martins managed to make a qualified save. Corinthians Cacau Show's players were relieved. If Jonas Santana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Santana showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Ademar Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomás Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Eliézer Pontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Corinthians Cacau Show had won after a very even match.
