In the 10thth minute of the game Sebastião Abraão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Real Cabuloso's Washington de Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Benjamin Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, CORINTHIANS's Rubinho Miranda got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tales Veloso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Mazza, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Real Cabuloso's Abelardo Mazza got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Real Cabuloso booed when CORINTHIANS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basílio Messias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tales Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Siqueira in the 28th minute of play. Elder Fantini charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elder Fantini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Elder Fantini hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Washington de Sena made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benjamin Silveira in the 41st minute. Washington de Sena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Abraão in the 42nd minute of the match. Benjamin Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Washington de Sena made a huge save. After 45 played minutes Real Cabuloso got a freekick which was hit by Elder Fantini. Rubinho Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Zé Augusto Nogueira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tales Veloso. CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Victor Siqueira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tales Veloso having to interfere. CORINTHIANS's Tales Veloso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. Tales Veloso came out of the goal and Victor Siqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Abelardo Mazza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Cabuloso's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Mazza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tales Veloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tales Veloso was a little too slow when Victor Siqueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-3. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind CORINTHIANS's goalkeeper Tales Veloso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Emílio Figueiredo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Victor Siqueira succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-4. A collision led to CORINTHIANS getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Emílio Figueiredo hit a great ball. After 89 minutes, Emílio Figueiredo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CORINTHIANS and the Real Cabuloso players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tales Veloso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Victor Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute.
