Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Manoel Bertassi made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 6th minute Gilvan Magalhães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodolfo Velasco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Neves in the 16th minute. In the 20th minute, Lino Neves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, GATO GALATICO's Willian Donatello tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilvan Magalhães kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Velasco. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. Olívio Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olívio Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute of the match Miguel Pinheiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedrão Bastos skillfully saved the ball. The throw-in from Erivaldo Rossi in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by GATO GALATICO's Miguel Pinheiro. Joaquim Quintal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Bastos having to interfere. Manoel Bertassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Burieta SS fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Burieta SS's Lino Neves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Pedrão Bastos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedrinho Damião, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After 54 minutes of play, Burieta SS's Claudinho Melo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodolfo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilvan Magalhães in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Miguel Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 60th match minute, GATO GALATICO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chico Tande to maneuver through the defense. After 61 minutes of play, Burieta SS's Breno Arce made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! GATO GALATICO's Manoel Bertassi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Wilson Souza, made in the 67th minute of the game. In the 70th minute, Miguel Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GATO GALATICO's attentive Olavo Urbano managed to snatch the ball when Rubinho Gonçalves made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. With his leg Pedrão Bastos managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when GATO GALATICO's Olavo Urbano fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 77 played minutes Burieta SS got a freekick which was hit by Gilvan Magalhães. 79 minutes into the game, Wilson Carvalho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GATO GALATICO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Burieta SS the free kick. After 79 played minutes GATO GALATICO got a freekick which was hit by Wilson Carvalho. After a rather tough play, GATO GALATICO's Chico Tande got a free kick in the 81st minute. If Pedrinho Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rodolfo Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Neves in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the match, Burieta SS's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Damião came free, but Pedrão Bastos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Burieta SS's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
