Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Samuca Vasconcelos started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 2 played minutes Cascaralhado F.C got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo de Amorim. Inácio Severo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Adriano da Cunha skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 9 played minutes, Morere's Rodriguinho Cabral shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Adriano da Cunha came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Morere reached it. Inácio Severo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Cascaralhado F.C's Adriano da Cunha got control of the ball when Inácio Severo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dito de Queirós hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 20 played minutes Cascaralhado F.C got a freekick which was hit by Dito de Queirós. 21 minutes into the match, Cascaralhado F.C's goalkeeper Adriano da Cunha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Inácio Severo. Fabrício do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juarês Vinhas, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Samuca Vasconcelos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juarês Vinhas in the 34th minute of play forced Morere's goalkeeper Fabrício do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Cascaralhado F.C getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Juarês Vinhas hit a great ball. A hard shot 42 in the game by Inácio Severo from a close distance when the talented Adriano da Cunha managed to make a qualified save. Cascaralhado F.C's players were relieved. Samuca Vasconcelos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Adriano da Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Samuca Catarinense to strike the kick off in the second half. Adriano da Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Vasconcelos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 58 minutes into the game, Samuca Catarinense lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Fabrício do Nascimento. If Inácio Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anselmo de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The Morere fans' excitement grew in the 73rd match minute when Morere's Samuca Vasconcelos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Cascaralhado F.C's zone, Samuca Vasconcelos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano da Cunha came out of the goal and Samuca Vasconcelos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hugo Paraibano hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Inácio Severo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriano da Cunha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Samuca Vasconcelos's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. An unexpected shot in the 89th minute by Juarês Vinhas got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 90 played minutes Morere got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Netto. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuca Catarinense in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fabrício do Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Inácio Severo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Morere's supporters rose to their feet, but Inácio Severo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adriano da Cunha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
