Jânio Prestes started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Pangarés FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ciro Mendonça hit a great ball. In the 5th minute Tales Esteves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pangarés FC's Giovanni Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Loureiro in the 6th minute of play. Cristiano Loureiro took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Giovanni Sanches. Giovanni Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 12 played minutes Pangarés FC got a freekick which was hit by Gilmar Costa. After having played for 13 minutes, Federico Cebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Cebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 17th minute Federico Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovanni Sanches saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilmar Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Pangarés FC's Ciro Mendonça suffered a sore thigh after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. A collision led to Malinha FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Caco Rodrigues hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Loureiro in the 31st minute of play forced Pangarés FC's goalkeeper Giovanni Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pangarés FC's Giovanni Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Loureiro in the 32nd minute of play. Giovanni Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Cebo in the 38th minute of play. Pedrinho Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Costa in the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Pangarés FC's Dé Azevedo got a free kick in the 40th minute. 43 minutes into the match, Malinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valdemar Perez came free, but Pedrinho Cearense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Giovanni Sanches showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Loureiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Pangarés FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Malinha FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tales Esteves to strike the kick off in the second half. Federico Cebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Sanches having to interfere. With a little luck, Pangarés FC's Giovanni Sanches got control of the ball when Cristiano Loureiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Pangarés FC defense, Federico Cebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Giovanni Sanches. The Pangarés FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Giovanni Sanches should have stopped the shot. Federico Cebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Giovanni Sanches came out and tried to block the shot, but Federico Cebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Cristiano Loureiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franciszek Pilarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Cássio Diniz hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pangarés FC's Dé Azevedo tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jânio Prestes during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Malinha FC booed when Pangarés FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio Prestes didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Pangarés FC's goalkeeper Giovanni Sanches had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Caco Rodrigues. Giovanni Sanches made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tales Esteves in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute of the match, Evaristo Santos tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Giovanni Sanches saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Giovanni Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tales Esteves in the 96th minute of the match. Malinha FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
