In the 16th minute, Entretenimento Fc's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anísio Matorin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. C.R. Vallongo's Célio Terra got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 25 played minutes Entretenimento Fc got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Gerber. In the 26th minute Wilton de Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fiori Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Narciso Tande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anísio Matorin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Faria having to interfere. In the 41st minute Afonso Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fabiano Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anísio Matorin in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fiori Faria saved Entretenimento Fc from getting behind. 62 minutes into the match, Entretenimento Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Anísio Matorin came free, but Fiori Faria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Wilton de Lima sped through Entretenimento Fc's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fiori Faria. Wilian Guedes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 77th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fiori Faria. Entretenimento Fc's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wilton de Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fiori Faria having to interfere. If Wilton de Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.R. Vallongo's Wilton de Lima got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Wilton de Lima's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fiori Faria was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. C.R. Vallongo's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
