A collision led to Social Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Carlos Fernando Salles hit a great ball. Valdemar Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Valdemar Fontes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Enio Maranhense showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 19 minute of play. With a little luck, Social Futebol Clube's Valdemar Fontes got control of the ball when Oséas Alcântara tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismael Aparecido charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Oséas Alcântara's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Valdemar Fontes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enio Maranhense in the 34th minute of play forced Social Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Valdemar Fontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdemar Fontes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enio Maranhense in the 38th minute. If Edgar da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Célio Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 42 played minutes, Olivedos F.C's Valdo Neiva shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Valdemar Fontes came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Olivedos F.C reached it. 44 minutes into the match, Social Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson Paranaense came free, but Valdemar Fontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Fernando Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match.

Ismael Aparecido got his second yellow card in the match during the 51st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 52nd minute, Ismael Aparecido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Valdemar Fontes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wanderson Paranaense in the 53rd minute of the match. Valdemar Fontes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wanderson Paranaense, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Valdemar Fontes came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Olivedos F.C's Wanderson Paranaense. But to his dismay, Wanderson Paranaense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Alberto Carvalho kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Valdo Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olivedos F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valdo Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Valdemar Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséas Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Valdemar Fontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson Paranaense in the 73rd minute of play. During the 73rd minute of the match Carlos Fernando Salles completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Carlos Fernando Salles a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Carlos Fernando Salles hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. 77 minutes into the match, Wanderson Paranaense notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Social Futebol Clube's Valdemar Fontes. Valdemar Fontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Valdemar Fontes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wanderson Paranaense went, in the 86th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. 89 minutes into the game, Wanderson Paranaense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Valdemar Fontes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 96th minute, Wanderson Paranaense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Olivedos F.C fully deserved thier win.
